John E. Simon School of Business
Named for the late St. Louis businessman, philanthropist and Maryville trustee emeritus, The John E. Simon School of Business has a long history of providing excellence in education. In keeping with that tradition, our areas of study continue to grow more interdisciplinary as the world of business becomes increasingly complex and global.
Our mission is to develop dynamic leaders, executives, managers and entrepreneurs by providing real-world expertise both in and out of the classroom. In fact, more than 80 Maryville business students participated in internships with 60 different corporate and non-profit organizations just last year. Making these solid business connections helps to insure that our students enjoy successful careers upon graduation.
