Visiting Campus

Freshman Visits+

Weekly Visits  |  Monday – Saturday+

The Admission Office is open weekdays and select Saturdays throughout the year. The best time to visit Maryville is when classes are in session. Summer visits are welcome, but more limited in scope. A campus visit may be as short as two hours or as long as a full day depending on your interests and time availability for faculty appointments or lunch in the dining hall.

Individual Visit: Tuesday – Thursday
> Campus tours are at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Appointments are scheduled around tour times.
> An individual visit consist of a meeting with an admissions counselor, a campus tour with residence halls, as well as, a presentation with a Maryville Life Coach.
> If you have additional requests for your visit, please contact the Campus Visit Office at 314-529-6877 or 800-MARYVLL (627-9855) Please note: Two weeks advance notice is preferred.

Group Session: Monday, Friday or Saturday
> Monday and Friday Sessions begin at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The session consists of a group presentation with an admissions counselor, a campus tour with residence halls, as well as, a presentation with a Maryville Life Coach.
> Saturday Sessions begin at 10:15 a.m. The session consists of a group presentation with an admissions counselor and a campus tour with residence halls.

Academic Visit Program  |  Friday, Oct. 20 +

Designed as an in-depth experience completely revolving around your academic program*, this day will allow high school seniors and transfer students to participate in a collaborative exercise with faculty/current students in your area of interest. Regardless of the academic program, each schedule will include classroom or lab experience as part of the visit.

Immerse yourself into the world of Cyber Security at Maryville by attending our Hackday! This campus experience will allow you to participate in an ethical hacking activity, as well as, allow you to learn more about Maryville’s Cyber Security program and the profession from faculty, current students and cyber professionals.

Dawg Days  |  Saturday, Nov. 11 (Optional Friday Overnight*)+

Dawg Days is our most comprehensive visit day designed for high school seniors and transfer students. Throughout the day students and guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves into the Maryville community!

University Scholars Weekend  |  Friday – Saturday, Jan. 26 – 27 and Feb. 2 – 3+

Selected students who meet the minimum criteria for our Presidential, Trustee and Multicultural Scholarships (including the Dr. Donald M. Suggs Scholarship and Martin T. Lombardi Scholarship) are invited to compete for the appropriate scholarship during University Scholars Weekend. In addition to the minimum criteria, students will need to complete the application for admission and answer the corresponding essay question for the scholarship(s).

Big Red Day  |  Saturday, April 21 (Sophomores & Juniors)+

It’s never too early to see what it takes to become a Saint! Big Red Day will give a high-level overview of Maryville and the overall admission process for high school sophomores and juniors. Not sure which a career or program you are interested in? Customize your schedule by choosing to learn about 1 or 2 academic programs, as well as, taking a tour of campus.
