About The Center For Academic Success and Life Coaching
Maryville University has a comprehensive approach to the first-year experience, leading to a retention rate of 87% significantly higher than other colleges and universities. The Division of Student Success is instrumental to students as we support them in successfully completing their academic goals and pursuits. Student Success has a comprehensive and integrated approach to assisting students in their academic, financial, and personal transition to Maryville. From the day you are admitted, during your journey at Maryville, and throughout your career, the Division of Student Success is here for YOU.
Our physical space is undergoing major (exciting!) renovation on the first floor of the library and we will return to the space in early August. This summer students can find us in Walker Hall Room 132.
The Center for Academic Success and Life Coaching, in conjunction with the First-Year Experience Advisory Board, offer various optional opportunities in the spring semester for faculty and staff-led civic engagement experiences which align with the core values of Maryville. Students will gain hands on experience through these interactive projects that include meaningful engagement and thoughtful reflection.
