Congratulations Ava Versheika Smith,! We’re excited to celebrate your special day with you. The Commencement Ceremony is at the Family Arena in St. Charles on Sunday, May 5, 2019. Graduates need to be there by noon for line up; the procession begins at 12:45 and the ceremony at 1:00 p.m.

  • It is imperative you pick up your Reader Card prior to reporting to your line up location. (This card is what you will hand your dean so your name will be read/announced during the ceremony.)
  • Reader cards will be available outside Gate 5.
  • Once you have your Reader Card, you will proceed to your lineup location which is on the concourse – Graduates enter the concourse through Gate 5
  • You will line up with your school and in your degree group.
  • You will line up with the School of Education (ED): EDD
  • Your seat is located on the Right side of the center aisle as you are facing the platform
