Professionally evaluated university transcripts (only necessary for transfer students and graduate students with overseas transcripts)
Official SAT or ACT test score (not required)
Letter of Recommendation
English Proficiency exam score
Completed Confirmation of Financial Resources & Affidavit of Support
Official, certified bank statement from within the past 6 months
Copy of passport photo page
