An Overview of Sport Business Management at Maryville

My experience so far in sports business has been really good. I've had a lot of opportunities. I've done a lot of volunteer work, done a lot of after school stuff, like going to WWE events, working with the Blues. Just having those opportunities to go out into the field and see how anything operates is really cool.

And I was lucky enough to interview Jamie Pollard, the director of athletics for Iowa State, about how they run, how they operate, and what advice he would give to me in pursuing my dreams of working in the sports business industry. Just being able to do all this as a freshman to me is really cool. Some opportunities I'm looking forward to in the future are definitely going to the Super Bowl and definitely going to the college playoffs. I like football a lot, and just having those opportunities to work with those events is something I'm really looking forward to.
