About the Interior Design Program

In our unique program, you will learn how to enhance the quality of life and increase the productivity of your clients while ensuring the health and safety of the public. We will teach you how to analyze a client’s needs and goals and, based on those findings, you will design spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and in accordance with safety codes and standards.

Program Features

The B.F.A. in Interior Design is an intensely focused professional degree program that facilitates development of a mature, diverse and competitive portfolio. Topics of study include design theory, concept development, human and environmental factors, architectural drawing, computer-aided design and drafting, furniture design and construction, codes, business practices and presentation techniques. As a student of the program, you will touch on all aspects of interior design including lighting, color, materials, finishes, spatial planning and furnishings.
