How to Apply

Registration will open at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 28th

Step 1: Review the projects available below.
Step 2: Choose a project or two you would be interested in volunteering for. It is always good to have a backup in case your project fills up.
Step 3: Click on the project you would like to register for. You will find the application at the bottom of the project’s page.
Step 4: Once you complete the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Read over the email and note and important information.
Step 5: Fill out the required 2025 Travel Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement at https://getinvolvedmu.maryville.edu/submitter/form/start/637524. This is REQUIRED for all participants.

Voices of Hope: Kids Rock Cancer Social Advocacy is an exciting initiative that empowers Maryville University student volunteers to become ambassadors for the healing power of music therapy. Through this project, students will create and share engaging social media content that highlights the transformative impact of Kids Rock Cancer. Ride On St. Louis: Sunshine & ServiceVolunteers will help with vacuuming, washing, and cleaning our horse trailer’s interior and wheels, as well as washing and waxing the trailer’s top, bottom, and sides to protect it and keep it in excellent condition. Around the barn, volunteers help with chores such as weeding garden beds and washing fencing to maintain a neat and secure property.
