How to Apply
Registration will open at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 28th
Step 1: Review the projects available below.
Step 2: Choose a project or two you would be interested in volunteering for. It is always good to have a backup in case your project fills up.
Step 3: Click on the project you would like to register for. You will find the application at the bottom of the project’s page.
Step 4: Once you complete the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Read over the email and note and important information.
Step 5: Fill out the required 2025 Travel Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement at https://getinvolvedmu.maryville.edu/submitter/form/start/637524. This is REQUIRED for all participants.

| EverTrue-Village at Mackenzie LSS: Community Beautification | Volunteers will help us clean our community room tables. We're hoping to have a beautiful day where students can take the community room tables outside and use power washers to wash the tables. | Ferguson-Florissant School District: McCluer North High School | Volunteers will help clean up the yard waste in the courtyard to create a clean and inviting outdoor space for students and teachers to enjoy during lunch. | Food Outreach: Nutrition Center Grocery Packing | Volunteers will assemble and pack orders for our clients. Tasks in the nutrition center include greeting clients, distributing menus, assisting clients who have questions or concerns about the menu, stocking shelves, filling orders, sorting donations, and other duties assigned. Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes. We have a free parking lot on-site, and you can bring lunch if you would like to do so **Heavy lifting may be required. | Forest ReLeaf of MO: Park Place Mulching | Volunteers will help tackle a parkwide mulching project to weed and refresh the mulch around the base of these trees.
