How to Apply
Registration will open at 7:00 PM on Thursday, August 28th
Step 1: Review the projects available below.
Step 2: Choose a project or two you would be interested in volunteering for. It is always good to have a backup in case your project fills up.
Step 3: Click on the project you would like to register for. You will find the application at the bottom of the project’s page.
Step 4: Once you complete the application, you will receive a confirmation email. Read over the email and note and important information.
Step 5: Fill out the required 2024 Travel Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement at https://getinvolvedmu.maryville.edu/submitter/form/start/637524. This is REQUIRED for all participants.

Ride On St. Louis: Sunshine & Service | Volunteers will help with vacuuming, washing, and cleaning our horse trailer’s interior and wheels, as well as washing and waxing the trailer’s top, bottom, and sides to protect it and keep it in excellent condition. Around the barn, volunteers help with chores such as weeding garden beds and washing fencing to maintain a neat and secure property. Volunteers will assist with food service, maintain clean and organized serving areas, and ensure tables remain free of debris. SEPTEMBER 27, 2025: Home Sweet Home: Trivia Night | Volunteers will be helping at our 2025 trivia night ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27TH. We will have you running score cards to and from tables, helping with set up and tear down, and helping with other volunteer tasks. You don't need any special skills for this project. St. Louis County Pet Adoption Center: Doggie Enrichment | Volunteers will help to make enrichment items for animals to play with or eat, they will help to socialize the puppies that are currently housed at the Shelter, and it will be wrapped up with a Pack Walk where the group will take dogs out on a guided walk at a park that is adjacent to the shelter. The group will spend approximately three hours providing essential enrichment to the animals and will be well rewarded with licks, cuddles and lots of tail wags. | 10:00-13:00 | 0/12 |
