A celebratory event to kick off Homecoming Week! Join us for music, games, treats and so much more! Louie will be on hand to help celebrate our student athletes and introduce our Homecoming Student Teams and our Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams!

The Community Service Club and the Office of Service & Spiritual Life will host a table for students to pick up grab-n-go materials to make fleece blankets for the patients of BJC Hospice.

See the start to the annual Homecoming Competition with chants from all the different teams. Student teams compete by performing original cheers and chants to show their school spirit. Teams are evaluated by a panel of judges based on energy, enthusiasm, creativity, uniqueness and clarity, overall performance and crowd appeal.

Watch the Homecoming teams compete in a great Lip Sync Battle! This is a competition you don’t want to miss! Student teams will compete in a lip sync performance to a choice of their song(s). A panel of judges determines the lip sync winner based on lip sync ability, costumes, accuracy/choreography, creativity, overall performance and crowd appeal.

The official book release of “Maryville University: 150+ Years.” This presentation and panel discussion with author Marty Parkes and Maryville President Mark Lombardi, will both inspire and entertain. They will share behind-the-scene insights and celebrate the personal stories behind the University’s significant 150-year milestone.

This is a live virtual event for all to enjoy. Special in-person invitations will be sent to those who took part in creating this special book.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a family-friendly day filled with games, food and drinks. Women’s Soccer team will play at noon, and the Men’s Soccer team will play at 2:30 p.m. Both teams will face William Jewell College. The Homecoming Champions will be announced during half-time of the men’s soccer game.
