Maryville University’s Occupational Therapy program is designed to expose students to the psychology, science, and math courses needed to enter into Maryville’s occupational therapy graduate program.
Maryville’s Freshman Direct Entry Occupational Therapy program combines an undergraduate and graduate education with rigorous training in the field of occupational therapy.
Occupational therapists must complete a master’s degree in order to gain certification in this fast-growing medical field. Maryville’s Occupational Therapy program embedded in psychology because we believe that psychology is uniquely suited to prepare students for the academic demands of a graduate program in occupational therapy.

Occupational therapy students traveled to Walt Disney World during winter break to learn valuable lessons in organization and how to serve others as participants in the Disney Youth Education Series for college students.
