(smooth guitar) Here, the math program actually, you know, is a science program that deals with quantity, logic, arrangement and the abstract relationships. We are now living in the Digital Age, meaning that math is all around us in everything we do. The professors at Maryville are amazing. The mathematics professors are really good about pushing you to not settle with just knowing how to do a problem or how to do a certain skill, but knowing and understanding why that problem makes sense or why that method works and why another method might not. Every school has math, you know, program, but I think, you know, our feature, so, you know, we are not just only offer the some, like the fundamental math courses, we are also offer, you know, a lot of, like, applied statistical courses and the financial mathematics courses. I love the framework and structure that these classes do, where it's you go in, you learn the lesson, you're given the homework, you go home, you do it, and then the first thing the next class is we do all the homework assignments that people had questions on and we get those answered. So if there is any misunderstanding, you have no excuse to not know it by the end of that day. I mean the curriculum was, is very streamlined, so that, you know, everything is in a certain sequence, it all fit together, you know, I could have one class with a certain professor and it would mirror off another class, and, so that the concepts weren't disjointed. It wasn't like okay, now I'm doing some calculus and trying to find the derivative of something that's not related to anything else. It all dovetailed with each other.
