Jennifer Bardot is a publisher and author of the Deconstructing G.R.I.T. Collection and Owner Your G.R.I.T., an international best-selling anthology. Jennifer earned her BA in Business Administration and holds dual Master’s Degrees in Secondary Education and Private Practice Therapy. She holds certifications from Dare to Lead, Leadership St. Louis by Focus St. Louis and is a member of the 72nd class of Coro Women in Leadership. Jennifer is a consultant for Health and Benefits for Willis Towers Watson. In 2021, Jennifer was featured on the cover of St. Louis Small Business Monthly as one of the “Top 100 People to Know to Help Grow Your Business.”

Scott Chadwick, PhD

MaryvilleWORKS creates tailored workforce development education (non-degree) designed to help companies deliver on their value proposition. Scott started his career as a consultant for Arthur Andersen, was a balance sheet analyst for Firestone, and designed financial software for Sprint. After earning his PhD in communication and conflict, Scott taught at Oregon State and Iowa State Universities. Scott served as an academic administrator at Creighton University, Canisius College, and most recently as Provost and Chief Academic Officer of Xavier University. Most recently, Scott was the head of operations at EquityNet, a fintech start-up, and the COO at America Achieves, a national non-profit focused on creating workforce development ecosystems.

John Regan leads Keeley University, which is Keeley’s in-house learning and professional development platform. The mission of KeeleyU is to create an engaging environment that promotes the career growth of every member of the company. Keeley Companies specialize in offering unified and collaborative solutions in construction, infrastructure, property development, self-storage and property management. In addition to his role with KeeleyU, John facilities all strategic planning for the company. Keeley’s strategic planning model has led to YOY growth of more than 20% since 2006, with 70% growth in 2018 alone.
