Stress management 101 is a four-week workshop series offered by the Office of Personal Counseling. In Stress Management 101, students will learn concrete skills to help them relax and reduce anxiety, manage their time, and change negative thinking patterns. The workshop will be relaxed and informal. All are welcome!
