Graduation Fair

Students and their families are invited to attend Graduation Fair 2014, a great opportunity to take care of all the necessary details on the Road to Commencement! This is the best time to pick up your cap and gown, make your class gift to get your inscribed brick, purchase diploma frames, sign up for Grads Give Back, and order announcements and graduation jewelry. Staff from various University departments will be on hand to answer questions. You can take care of financial aid matters and wrap up your student account with the business office. An Alumni Relations representatives will welcome you as a Maryville alumnus/a!

10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

The Graduation Fair will be held in the Donius University Center

What happens if I missed the Grad Fair?

Don’t worry, you can pick up your Cap & Gown in the Bookstore anytime during their normal business hours. In addition, you will need to visit the Student Service Center in Gander Hall to verify the name for your diploma and name pronunciation among other things.

Grads Give Back is an invitation to reach out to the St. Louis community through service before you go forth as the Class of 2014 and receive a terrific t-shirt for your efforts! There are multiple ways to be a part of Grads Give Back. You may participate in one of the community service projects organized specifically for Grads Give Back. You and your fellow grads can come up with your own project. You could participate in one of the service projects organized by Maryville’s Community Service Club or another campus organization. Perhaps you are volunteering somewhere already.

If you plan to participate in a way other than one of the organized projects, please send photos of yourself volunteering as well as the contact information of the representative at the agency with which you volunteered via e-mail to Steve DiSalvo, Director of Campus Ministry and Community Service at sdisalvo@maryville.edu no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014. Include information about your t-shirt size and contact information about where you can be reached.
