According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the 2016 median annual pay of a financial manager with a bachelor’s degree plus five years experience is $121,750. Human resource managers will make $106,910 with a BS and five years experience in a related occupation.

Average job growth through 2026 for financial managers is 19 percent, much faster than the average of all jobs. The average job growth through 2026 for human resource managers is 9 percent.
