Better Understand Unconscious Bias and Cultural Competency

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) will help you explore your intercultural competence and provide you with steps to further develop your intercultural competence. The first step is to complete the IDI (takes roughly 15-20 minutes). Then, you will attend a follow up session where Dr. Jason Castles will interpret your individualized profile report, your individualized intercultural development action plan, and brainstorm ways to apply this information in your work/with your students/classrooms.
