Event Registration Form

This form is for EVENT registrations only.  To register your meeting,

please complete the Student Organization Meeting Registration form.

 

3 easy steps to register your events!

 

Step 1: Check Your Date

 

Check the WHAM online (www.maryville.edu/wham) calendar to pick a date for your event that does not conflict with other events already happening on campus!

 
 

Step 2: Register the Event

 

Complete & submit the Event Registration Form (below). 

 

!!ATTENTION STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS!!

Student organizations should complete the Event Registration form online by logging into http://myorgs.maryville.edu.

 

REMEMBER: This form must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to your event date. Any event not registered 2 weeks prior to the event date will NOT be approved.

    Only events open to the entire Maryville community are placed on the WHAM calendar.  If you answer "no", your event will not appear on WHAM.  
       
   

Do you need an advisor?

Answer the questions below to help you determine if it is necessary to have an advisor present at your event.  If you answer "yes" to any or all of the questions below, you MUST have an advisor according to the Student Organization Policies.

    Event funding for student organizations can be obtained from Maryville Student GovernmentFunding deadlines as well as an online Budget Proposal Form can be found at their website.
