Taste of St. Louis
(Monthly) Campus Ministry and Community Service co-sponsors this monthly event
with Multicultural Programs at
which we bring a variety of different ethnic foods to campus for you to
sample. We also provide an opportunity for you to learn the culture
from which the food is derived.
Service Fair
(Fall) The Service Fair sponsored by Campus Ministry and Community Service
offersstudents, faculty and staff to come meet representatives from
non-profit organizations and learn about community service opportunities in the
St. Louis area.
Spring Retreat
at Mercy Center Each Spring, Campus Ministry and Community Service in conjunction with
Personal Counseling offers the Spring Retreat, which is time to get away
from campus for reflection and quiet, meditation and prayer (if you
wish). One highlight is the use of a labyrinth for meditation.
Make A Difference Weekend
(Fall) Campus Ministry and Community Service and the Community Service Club
invites students, faculty and staff to participate in a variety of community
service projects that benefit non-profit organizations in the greater St.
Louis area.
Belief Fair (Spring) Campus Ministry and Community Service invites groups and individuals
from diverse belief traditions to set up
educational booths on Gander Quadrangle for students, faculty and staff
to peruse.
Lydia's House Toiletry Drive (Fall) Campus Ministry and Community Service and the Community Service Club
collects toiletry items for Lydia's House in conjunction with Violence
Awareness Month each October.
