Textbooks
Textbooks can be returned for a full refund two weeks from date of purchased or start of class (which ever gives you the longest return period). Textbooks must be in the condition at time of purchase and you must have a receipt. If you have lost your receipt please contact the bookstore for a copy. After said dates you will be able to sell your book at textbook buyback at the end of the semester. This policy does not apply to one week classes.
Non-Textbook Items
Non-textbook items are returnable in original condition within 30 days of purchase. You must have a receipt. If you have lost your receipt please contact the bookstore for a copy.
Computer Hardware and Software
Computer hardware and software can be returned with in two weeks of purchase provided it is unopened and in original condition at time of purchase. You must have a receipt. If you have lost your receipt please contact the bookstore for a copy.
Online Orders
Orders placed on our website can be returned within 30 days and in original condition to the address listed below. Your credit card will be credited with the refund within 3 to 5 business days after the receipt of your returned order.
