The Center for Global Education at Maryville University sends a warm welcome to all new International Students! We are excited to meet you soon! The Center for Global Education is responsible for providing support and guidance to International Students studying at Maryville University. Our office will be able to provide advice about personal, financial, academic and immigration matters during your studies.

Attend the International Student Orientation

All new F-1 and J-1 International Students are required to attend the mandatory International Student orientation session listed below. Students will learn about academic resources, find their way around campus and learn about immigration regulations regarding work, full-time study and travel.

Transportation from the St. Louis Lambert Airport to the Maryville campus provided on January 6, 2015. Complete the Airport Transportation form at least 2 weeks prior to your travel to the U.S.

International Students New to the USA and all Undergraduate International Students: Orientation week is January 7 to 9, 2015.

International Students currently in the USA: SEVIS Registration and Check-in on January 8, 2015. Orientation session is January 9, 2015.

iPal (International Buddy Program)

The iPal program is designed to connect international and American students/faculty/staff at Maryville University. The program helps international students adjust to a new cultural environment and allows them to gain confidence in English while learning about U.S. culture and building friendships through meetings with American students/faculty/staff.
