Room Booking and Arrangements
All table set up, equipment and audiovisual needs must be booked when making the room reservations. This can be done by contacting Maryville's scheduling representative at 314-529-9335. Catering Contract We request all events are booked at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Guest Counts
Fresh Ideas requires a final count three business days prior to your event (72 business hours) and your event your billing is based on that final count. The guarantee is not subject to the reduction after the deadline. If the number of guests is higher than the final count guaranteed, you will be charged accordingly. If the final count increases day of event your total bill reflect a 5% increase.
Customized Menus
Custom menus require a minimum of 4 weeks event planning time. The event coordinator will schedule a meeting with the Catering Director and the Executive Chef to plan this type of menu. The custom menu will reflect the upscale charges and the cost of the desired custom menu. All pricing will be reflected in the final contract.
