Creating Shortcuts for the News,
Announcements, and Classifieds Public Folder
The News, Announcements, and Classifieds Public Folders
contain important Maryville University announcements and news that may not be
distributed through any other channels. To make it easier for you to keep
up to date with the latest postings to these public folders, you may make
shortcuts for each on your Outlook Toolbar.
To
create shortcuts for a Public Folder, you will need the following:

Computer with Microsoft
Outlook 2000 or Outlook XP installed and configured |

Access to your Maryville University Electronic Mail Account

The following steps will show you how to create a shortcut for the public
folders (or any other public folder). Repeat these instructions for any
folder you wish to put on your Outlook Toolbar.
Congratulations, you have just created an Outlook Toolbar shortcut for a public
folder. You may use this same procedure to create a shortcut for any
public folder.
