Women's Golf Takes Fourth, Sets New Program Best

 
MADISON, Ill.—The Maryville University women's golf team took fourth place in the 20-team field at the Triton Invitational with its two round score of 633 (319-314) which set two new program bests in the 18- and 36-hole team categories.

Sophomore Kayla Eckelkamp (Washington, Mo.) was the top Maryville finisher as she ended tied for second place with her score of 151 (75-76).

Freshman Kristin Bayless (Sparta, Ill.) and sophomore Samantha Keller (Ballwin, Mo.) both finished tied for 19th with their scores of 159.
Freshmen Kristen Montag (Nora Springs, Iowa) and Mycah Hudson (Herrin, Mo.) rounded out the Saints' competitors and finished with a 164 and 172, respectively.

Sophomore Nicole Gravino (Overland Park, Kan.) and junior Suzanne Lindenmann (St. Charles, Mo.) competed as individuals at the invitational. Gravino carded a 172 and Lindenmann a 205.

Maryville completes its fall season next Monday and Tuesday at the William Woods Invitational in Fulton, Mo.
