Maryville Athletics Announces New Broadcast Options

ST. LOUIS—The Maryville University Department of Athletics announces two new broadcast options for all Saints fans.

Maryville Saints Online is a free audio service accessible through the SaintsCast link on the Athletics web site. Volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball games will be broadcast through the service.

The Great Lakes Valley Conference and B2 Networks today announced a multi-year partnership naming B2 as the "Official Broadband Broadcaster of the GLVC." Through the new agreement more than 400 GLVC events per year will be seen exclusively through technology provided by B2 Networks.

"The GLVC is pleased to partner with B2 Networks in this initiative. Eleven of our 15 member institutions will participate in the B2 Networks agreement and are looking forward to showcasing their teams and the quality competition that is featured in the GLVC to prospective students, parents, fans, and alumni across the nation," said Jim Naumovich, GLVC Commissioner. "This is a great opportunity to increase the visibility and exposure for our member institutions and for NCAA Division II across the country."

A slate of volleyball contests will be available in coming weeks. Men's and women's basketball will be available beginning in November. Fans can purchase individual games for the standard price of $7 dollars. Special season pass pricing for basketball will be announced in the coming months. Each GLVC institution will have the option of adding more sports at their discretion. Check back to Maryville's website for a complete schedule of events to be broadcast on B2 Networks.

With today's announcement of the partnership with the GLVC, B2 Networks continues to gain prominence in the world of NCAA broadcasting. In addition to the numerous universities working with B2 technology, fans of the GLVC, GLIAC, Big Sky, Pac West, Atlantic Hockey and RMAC can watch their favorite teams exclusively on B2.
