Micky Kaufman

Head Coach

Micky Kaufman enters his third season as the head coach of the men's and women's cross country programs.

The 2008 women's team placed 40th at the Midwest Regionals and the men's and women's teams were named All-Academic by USTFCCCA in 2008 and 2009.

Kaufman has served as an assistant coach for the track and cross country programs at Northwest Missouri State University. While at Northwest Missouri State, he oversaw the fall conditioning program for the track and field squad, and he coached two NCAA All-Americans in the high jump and triple jump. In addition, Kaufman gained tremendous experience in both recruiting and fundraising.


Kaufman's other coaching experience includes four years as the distance/javelin coach with the Bellevue Breeze Summer Track Club and one year as an assistant track coach at Thomas Jefferson High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Kaufman earned his Bachelor of Science in K-12 Physical Education and Health from Graceland University in 2006. He is currently working on his Master of Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletics Administration at Northwest Missouri State.


Maureen Conley

Assistant Coach

Conley enters her third year working with Maryville's cross country programs. She a four-year member of the Maryville women's cross country program and was a four-time First-team All-Conference honoree and named the Conference Runner of the Year in 2004 in the SLIAC (St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.) Conley helped propel the Saints to their second conference championship in 2003.

Tim Wiemers

Graduate Assistant

Wiemers enters his second season working with the Maryville cross country and track and field programs.
