Dr. Ashauer has 20 years of professional experience in a variety of organizational leadership positions as well as in leadership and organization development. She provides organization development consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations with an emphasis on change leadership, teams, and conflict. Dr. Ashauer has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
Vicki Tardino, Ph.D.

Research Interests: Emotional intelligence and leadership, emotion in the workplace, organizational and team learning
Dr. Tardino has more than 16 years of experience in leadership and organization effectiveness in both internal and external consulting, and 5 years in applied research. Recently she joined Boeing to focus on leadership/executive development. Prior to Boeing, she ran the OD/LD functions at Maritz and Ameren, with responsibility for high-potential leadership development, executive development, management training, succession/talent review systems, strategic change, executive selection, and general OD consultancy. She is active in the local professional community, serving as executive team member and Immediate Past President for the St. Louis Organization Development Network. Dr. Tardino has a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University, an M.A. in Applied Psychology from Southern Illinois University–Carbondale, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst.
Amy Alfermann, Ph.D.

Research Interests: Corporate social responsibility, culture, leadership, identity, and social constructionism
Dr. Alfermann has more than 10 years of experience in creating organization development and training functions within various industries including financial services, distribution, and agriculture. Currently, she serves at Ameren as a Leadership and Organization Effectiveness Consultant. She is an active member in the Academy of Management and OD Network. Dr. Alfermann has a Ph.D. in Organization Development and Management from Benedictine University, an M.A. in Human Resources from Webster University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
Jake Fischer, Ph.D.
Edward Jones – Senior Performance Development Specialist

Research Interests: Organizational climate, employee recruitment and selection, and HR analytics
Jake Fischer is a senior performance development specialist in Organization Effectiveness at Edward Jones. He is responsible for conducting internal research studies, developing and validating assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness for the firm’s nearly 30,000 employees. Jake received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri.
