
Official transcripts
printed on security paper and bearing the University seal are available
from the Registrar's Office at a cost of $5.00 per copy. Transcripts may
be requested in person, by mail, or by fax. In compliance with federal privacy laws, a student's signature
is required to
release transcript information; therefore, transcript requests cannot be
accepted by telephone or email. For the most efficient transcript service,

The Registrar's Office processes
certifications and verifications for current and former Maryville students. Degree
certification, employment verifications, verification of student status
for health insurance, and grade verification for "good
student" discounts on auto insurance are just a few of the
certification and verification services provided through the Registrar's Office.
Requested information may be considered confidential, and
a student's signature is required to release such information. Please
contact the Registrar's Office for questions concerning certifications and verifications.
