Biomedical Science is designed to prepare students for generalist positions within health and natural  sciences or continued graduate study in the health and natural science specialties (Health Education, Pharmacology, Medicine, Public Health, advanced studies in Science).
Please contact Dr. Kristin Bruzzini, E-mail: kbruzzini@maryville.edu or by phone at 314-529-9321.

Program Features include a strong preparation in Biology, Chemistry and the Health Sciences.
Please see the list of courses below under the heading "Undergraduate Degree Requirements".

Professional Career Opportunities include Clinical Laboratory Science and research in areas such as the Human Genome Project and its follow up, Control of Human Physiology by Proteins. Graduate School would allow one to earn an advanced degree and have a better opportunity at a well-paying position.
