Admissions Requirements - Masters of Elementary Education @ Maryville University

To be admitted to the Maryville University Master of Arts in Education program, prospective candidates must:
	Submit official transcripts of all undergraduate (baccalaureate) and graduate work taken. A 3.0 GPA from undergraduate studies is required for full admissions.
	Complete an application for admission to the program (either on paper or on-line).
	Submit three letters of recommendation from persons qualified to judge academic/ professional qualifications.
	Submit the required essay to be assessed for demonstration of competencies needed for success in the graduate program.
	Transcript evaluation required.
	Submit a $35.00 processing fee.
	International students must submit appropriate TOEFL scores.

Candidates may take UP TO six hours of graduate work prior to being officially admitted to the program. Candidates will not be permitted to enroll beyond that limit until their admission file is complete.
