The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership is a unique multidisciplinary program that integrates theory and practice from disciplines in the social sciences, communication, business, and humanities. The program focuses on the human side of organizations and prepares individuals for leadership positions in corporate, not-for-profit, and community organizations.
The program is designed for individuals who wish to acquire professional skills that will enhance their leadership effectiveness and advance in their current organizations and for those who are seeking a new career in one of the many job growth areas in organizational leadership. More specifically, the program is designed for:
- Professionals from a wide variety of professional backgrounds seeking to develop advanced leadership and organizational development skills to further their careers in one of the many fast growing areas of organizational leadership.
