Jessica Hagy is a Seattle-based cartoonist and creator of the Webby Award–winning site Indexed. Her illustrations regularly appear in The New York Times and other national publications. The author of How to be Interesting, Hagy’s latest book is, The Art of War Visualized.
In The Art of War Visualized, the Bronze Age meets the Information Age as Hagy reimagines the work of Sun Tzu, the ancient Chinese general whose legendary The Art of War text offers strategy lessons across centuries.
Featuring more than 200 evocative ink-brush diagrams with bold typography, Hagy’s modern, visual interpretation will appeal to anyone navigating conflict, whether the battlefield is business, politics, management, sports, design, event planning or other challenging arenas.
