Maryville Talks Women and Leadership
Maryville Talks Women and Leadership, a lecture series hosted by Maryville University’s Institute of Continuing Studies, is designed to address a growing demand for networking and conversation between professional women.
The Institute offers a variety of credit and not-for-credit programs.
May 30 - Maxine Clark, founder of Build-A-Bear Workshop
April 29 – “Leading Up and Leading Out” panel event with Anita Reznicek, first lay president of St. Joseph’s Academy and co-author of Educating Our Daughters: 15 Considerations in Selecting the Best School Environment; Kristin Folkl-Kaburakis, St. Joseph’s Academy alumna, former volleyball Olympian and professional basketball player, and a former director of development for the St. Louis Sports Commission; Kevonne Holloway, MBA student at Maryville University and director of content operations and planning for Elsevier, a major publisher of medical materials; and Kate Hannick, junior at St. Joseph’s Academy. Hannick was among 250 students selected to attend the Washington Summit on the Environment last summer in Washington, D.C., and a participant in the YMCA Missouri Youth in Government program.
