Please read the following information carefully, as it will ensure clear
communication in our working relationship throughout your event.

| Food Safety |
Food safety is a high priority for Fresh Ideas. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny removal of leftover food by the customer. Please do not remove, dispose or repackage remaining items. To ensure safety and sanitation for our customers and guests, a Fresh Ideas representative will
remove all items in a timely manner.

| Guarantees |
For all catered events, Fresh Ideas requires a count 2 full business days prior to your event. The guarantee is not subject to the reduction after the deadline. Your billing is based on the final count. If the number of guests is higher than the final count guaranteed, you will be charged accordingly. Any changes made within 2 business days will be charged an additional $25 or 20% of the original total.

| Additional Charges |
Two hours of service is provided for your event. Additional time will be charged accordingly. China and Linen for your events may need to be rented and will be charged accordingly. Delivery will apply for orders under $250.00. To avoid delivery fees you may choose to pick up your catering at the dining hall. Saturday and Sunday caterings may require additional labor charges.

| Payment |
For university groups, an approved contract with account information must be on file before your event can be executed. For non-university groups, a 50% deposit is due at contract signing. Total balance must be paid 2 full days prior to your event. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, or Master Card or Visa.

| Security |
Fresh Ideas catering is not liable for any equipment, supplies, or personal
belongings left in public areas.

Discounts |
| Events using Maryville departmental funds will receive a 20% discount |
