All appeals will be reviewed by the Parking Appeals Board on a monthly basis. The Board is comprised of five members: 1 faculty, 1 staff, and 3 students. The decision of the board is final and no further appeal process is available. Appeal results are posted by ID and parking citation numbers in the lobby of Duchesne Hall. A notice will be sent out via e-mail letting the community know the board had met and the decisions are posted in the lobby. The Director of Public Safety must receive all appeals within seven (7) working days after the citation was issued. The Board will NOT consider appeals received after 4:00 PM on the seventh working day.

           Important notes to read before submitting:
         
When you become enrolled as a student or become employed by the University,
you agreed to abide by the Maryville University parking rules and regulations.
 
The parking rules and regulations are in effect twenty-four hours a day, 365 days
a year. The rules are available online and are distributed when you receive your
parking permit at the Public Safety Office in Duchesne Hall.
 
The display of a University parking permit does not guarantee a space to park
on campus, nor does it guarantee a space nearest your class, residence,
or place of work.
