Dining Hall Hours
Gander Dining Hall offers an extremely varied menu to cater to as many tastes as possible such as traditional entrées served with a variety of fruits and vegetables, Italian cuisine such as pastas, sauces and fresh baked pizza, Mexican fare like quesadillas, enchiladas and Spanish rice, Asian items such as stir-fry bar and oriental entrées with chicken or vegetables. Our Chef creates fresh new items on a regular basis!
Dining Hours for Thanksgiving Holiday
Saturday November 19th thru Saturday November 26th with exception November 24th the dining will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Kaldi's Coffee located in the Library will be open from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with exceiption of November 24th with regular hours resuming on Sunday November 27th.
Dining Hours for Christmas Holiday
Saturday December 17th thru Wednesday December 21st the dining hall will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The dining hall will reopen on Tuesday January 3rd thru Saturday January 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with regular hours resuming on Sunday January 15th.
Kaldi's Coffee will be open from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. starting Saturday December 17th thru Sunday January 14th, with the exeception December 25th and January 1st. with regular hours resuming on Sunday January 15th.

Kaldi's offers brewed coffees, espressos and lattes, along with an assortment of "grab and go" drinks, sweets and snacks. Students can pick up coffee on their way to the library or settle in at one of Kaldi's ample tables or cozy couches. A flat-screen TV, free wireless Internet access and an iPod docking station provide all the conveniences of home, in a warm friendly environment.
Kaldi's is also the spot for "Unplugged at Kaldi's," a series of coffeehouses sponsored by the Campus Activities Board (CAB) and featuring the live musical talents of Maryville students.
Dining Dollar Plans for Residents 2011-2012
Duchesne, Mouton and Maryville Hall residents will have $1400.00 dining dollars each semester on Student ID card.
Apartment residents will have $700.00 dining dollars each semester on Student ID card.
These funds are redeemable at the Gander Dining Hall and Kaldi's Coffee.
