The Center for Global Education is responsible for providing support and guidance to International Students studying at Maryville University. Our office will be able to provide advice about personal, financial, academic and immigration matters during your studies.
Attend the International Student Orientation
All new F-1 and J-1 International Students are required to attend the mandatory International Student orientation session listed below. Students will learn about academic resources, find their way around campus and learn about immigration regulations regarding work, full-time study and travel.
Transportation from the St. Louis Lambert Airport to the Maryville campus provided on August 19 and 20, 2012.
Undergraduate Students: Orientation week is August 20 to 23, 2012 (first year international students are expected to attend the Saints Nation Weekend Orientation for all new students August 24 to 26, 2012).
Graduate and Transfer Students: Orientation session is August 22, 2012.

iPal (International Buddy Program)
The iPal program is designed to connect international and American students/faculty/staff at Maryville University. The program helps international students adjust to a new cultural environment and allows them to gain confidence in English while learning about U.S. culture and building friendships through meetings with American students/faculty/staff.
