Marilyn Cohn received her BA in English and Education, MAED in the Instructional Process, and PhD in Educational Policy Administration at Washington University in St. Louis. In addition to teaching high school English, she taught in the Teacher Education Program for 37 years and served as Director of Teacher Education for 19 years at Washington University. She is the author of numerous articles, book chapters, and books, including

Teachers: The Missing Voice in Education. As the Director of the Center, Marilyn focuses on developing a wide range of professional development activities to support faculty, including the facilitation of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Seminar Program.
